About the product

How long does one bag last?

For high school students and above, the serving size is 20. Dissolve one spoonful (30g) in water and consume.
For elementary and junior high school students, the serving size is 40 scoops (15g). Dissolve 1/2 spoonful (15g) in water and consume.

Is there an included spoon?

The included spoon is included in the product packaging. During shipping, the spoon may become buried in the powder.

How should it be stored?

Store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.

Best before?

The expiration date is approximately six months to two years. Please consume as soon as possible after opening.

When should I take it?

We recommend taking it 2 to 3 times a day, at the following times:
- To replenish your morning energy, - as a snack, - or if you feel you are lacking protein after training.

Is there a maximum daily intake?

There is no upper limit on daily intake, but we recommend 1 to 2 cups with each meal.

Is drinking too much bad for your body?

The "Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese" (2020 edition) does not set a tolerable upper limit, but continuing to drink more than the recommended amount may have an effect on the body.
Recommended intake is 1 to 2 cups per day.

Are you worried about allergies?

This product contains milk ingredients and soybeans, so please do not consume if you have any allergies to these.

Can I drink it warm?

It is possible to drink it warmed to 50-60℃. Please note that whey protein has the tendency to coagulate at temperatures above 70℃.

Can I take this while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Excessive weight loss may put a strain on the mother, so please take proper care of your weight.

Can children drink it?

For elementary and junior high school students, the first priority is to develop good eating habits by eating three meals a day. If you are doing strenuous exercise such as club activities, be sure to consume these meals.

Can I return or get a refund?

Returns and exchanges are possible only in the case of initial defects. We do not accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience. If you wish to return an item, please contact us using the inquiry form .

Can I change the product or quantity after placing my order?

Flavors and quantities cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
However, for orders where shipping has not yet begun, we will check whether changes can be made.

Can I change the delivery address after completing my order?

We cannot change the address after shipment, but we can reship the item after you have completed the return procedure.

Do you provide gift wrapping?
